A love letter

Dear You,

And no matter how hard you push, how much you achieve, there's a quiet voice whispering: "You're still not enough."

There are nights you lie awake replaying conversations, cringing at how you sounded just like your mother—the very person you swore you'd never become.

There are days when your chest feels tight before that big meeting, when you take a deep breath, put on your game face, and push down the chaos swirling beneath the surface.

But inside? It's another story.

On the outside, you look unshakable—successful career, thriving family, curated life.

You're the one who keeps it all together. The one everyone turns to for answers, solutions, and strength.

I help ambitious, high-functioning professionals—CEOs, attorneys, entrepreneurs, women who grew up too early—finally put the weight down and start living fully. Through trauma-informed therapy, you'll break free from toxic patterns, build boundaries without guilt, and finally believe you are enough.

This is where I come in.

You don't need another checklist or productivity hack. You need a space where you can exhale. A space where you don't have to be the strong one.

the solution

The world rewards you for holding it all together. For being the fixer, the achiever, the one who "just figures it out." But deep down, you're tired of surviving. You want to feel something other than pressure, anxiety, or numbness. You want to stop second-guessing every word, every choice, every version of yourself. And most of all, you want real connection—with your partner, your family, your own self.

The problem

The Truth?

You've been handling it alone for years, and odds are—it's not working for you anymore. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit you don't have to carry everything by yourself.

"I can handle this on my own."

You could. But at what cost? Another year of being on autopilot? Another relationship on the brink? Another sleepless night wondering why you still feel empty despite all your success?

"Maybe I should just keep pushing through."

I get it. You've built a life on being self-reliant. But this isn't about fixing you—it's about reconnecting with your true self, the one who deserves rest, joy, and connection.

"What if this doesn't work for me?"

That's exactly why you need it. If you don't slow down, your relationships—and your health—will.

"I don't have time for this."

If you're thinking…

This isn't checkbox therapy. Sessions are spacious, deeply attuned, and curated specifically for you—because brilliant humans deserve brilliant care.

Boutique, High-Touch Experience

We understand the specific pressures of success—the perfectionism, the performance, the cost of always being the "strong one." This is therapy that gets it.

Built for High-Achievers

No generic worksheets or one-size-fits-all approaches. Every session is tailored to your unique emotional landscape, intelligence, and goals.

Emotionally Precise Work

Our Philosophy

Love and Theory emerged from a simple but profound realization: the most successful people are often silently struggling the most. After over a decade working with high-achieving professionals, I witnessed brilliant humans who had mastered everything except inner peace—building impressive lives while quietly crumbling behind closed doors. I created Love and Theory to bridge that gap with boutique, transformative experiences for ambitious humans who refuse to settle for surface-level healing.

The name represents what true healing requires. Love—the emotional safety to be vulnerable and real. Theory—the structure and evidence-based guidance to create lasting change. This is a sanctuary for the ones who never got to fall apart, where strong people don't have to perform strength, and healing isn't a buzzword—it's a deeply personal, transformative process designed specifically for you.

The L&T brand is founded on true healing, deep connection, and TRANSFORMATION.

Credentials & Expertise

As a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience, I work with humans who look "unbreakable" but are ready for something real. I've sat with CEOs navigating burnout, attorneys processing trauma, and powerhouse women who've mastered everything except being present in their own success.

What sets me apart isn't just my clinical training—it's my ability to create emotional safety that lets brilliant, guarded people finally exhale. I combine deep trauma expertise with a warm, direct approach that helps you feel seen and safe enough to do the real work.

My clients often tell me I'm the first therapist who "gets it"—the unique pressures of success, the cost of always being strong, and what it means to want more than survival.

I'm Dr. Jenna

I'm so glad you're here.

Somewhere between carpool drop-off, an Orange Theory class, procasti-cleaning, and Googling the most random questions that come across my mind (i.e. "Where did the phrase 'in a pickle' come from?")

At home, we call our beautiful madness The Thunderdome—three incredible kids, three dogs, one opinionated cat, and my endlessly patient husband. It's loud, loving, and wonderfully unpredictable.

Thriving in deep conversations, creating the perfect playlists, and the kind of humor that sneaks up on you mid-serious-talk. Also obsessing over hurricane season like it's my Super Bowl (huge weather nerd).

Telling questionable dad jokes, ordering another stack of books I swear I'll read, or crying over the bridge in a Taylor Swift song like it's a religious experience.

out of office you'll find me...
